Rooms are very dirty and bad smell not even provide a room heater the temperature is -2 in srinagar. We are not able to continue in that hotel we check out within 10 min please refund my amount

Worst property ever. The property stinks. Very unhygienic towels and bed sheets. Very unclean water. No house keeping service. Won’t not recommend this property to anyone

I had stayed with my family here, just overnight. The exterior of the hotel looks nice, but the interiors disappoint. The hotel is pretty far from the sightseeing places, but the saving grace for the hotel and the only plus point is that it is very near to the airport. The hotel helped in calling the cab early at 7:15 a. M. Recommend this hotel only for an early morning flight otherwise, it is outrageously priced for the rooms that are available.
